Nex Pest Control brings licensed Ant Control technicians to Virginia, VA with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Nex Pest Control has spent years building a Ant Control operation around Virginia, VA the right way: licensed technicians, documented treatment, and a dispatch system that actually answers the phone. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. We've kept the same operating philosophy as the company has grown: fewer surprises, clearer communication, and technicians who are actually accountable for the outcome.
Every technician on staff carries current state licensing, and we require ongoing training specific to the species most common across Virginia, VA, not a one-time certification that never gets revisited. We rotate technicians through refresher training specifically so field knowledge doesn't stagnate after the initial certification.
We built Nex Pest Control's Virginia, VA dispatch network around regional proximity, not a national call center reading from a script three states away. Technicians positioned throughout Virginia, VA mean a same-day request rarely depends on someone driving in from hours away.
A few ants or a single mouse dropping can look minor, but by the time it's visible, the colony or population behind it is usually well underway. Acting on the first sign tends to mean a smaller, faster, and less expensive fix than waiting for it to become obvious.
Swarmers appearing indoors, frass near baseboards, or a foundation that shows mud tubing are the kind of signs that turn a manageable fix into a structural repair if ignored. A licensed inspection can usually confirm or rule out activity within a single visit, which beats guessing based on a single visible sign.
Bed bugs rarely announce themselves loudly — a few bites and some dark spotting on the mattress seam are usually the first and only warning before the population grows. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
Wildlife scratching, chewing sounds, or a strong odor from an attic or crawl space usually means an animal has already established a den, not just passed through.
When something can't sit until next week, our emergency dispatch skips the standard queue and routes the nearest available technician immediately. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Virginia, VA pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
Homeowners get a tailored plan — species identified, treatment scoped to the actual infestation, and a follow-up schedule that matches what was found. Residential plans can be adjusted seasonally as pest pressure shifts across Virginia, VA, rather than locking a household into a rigid year-round schedule.
Restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios get documented, IPM-compliant service scheduled around your operating hours, with logs ready for health inspections. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Virginia, VA that time of year. We track which pests trend upward across Virginia, VA by season and adjust perimeter treatment focus accordingly, rather than applying the same generic barrier spray year-round.
A standalone inspection — for a home purchase, a suspected but unconfirmed problem, or general peace of mind — gets the same thorough walkthrough as a full-service call. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
A quick description of the activity and location shapes everything about how we route the job. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
The nearest available technician is routed to your address, dispatched from wherever our Virginia, VA network has the closest available crew, typically arriving same-day for standard requests and faster for emergencies. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
We inspect the property, identify the species and scope, and hand you a fixed price in writing before any treatment begins. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. A follow-up visit is scheduled automatically when the treatment type calls for one, rather than leaving it to the customer to remember to call back.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Virginia, VA property. Insurance documentation is available on request, which matters for property managers and commercial accounts that need it on file.
Calls route to a technician actually stationed within Virginia, VA, not a national queue that reads a script and schedules three days out. That regional knowledge extends to knowing which parts of Virginia, VA tend to run into which pests, so the technician arrives already anticipating the likely cause.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. If the inspection reveals a larger scope than expected, we requote in writing before proceeding rather than padding the invoice afterward.
If activity continues after treatment within the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge — that's written into every service agreement, not an informal promise. The guarantee terms are explained before you sign off on the quote, not buried in fine print discovered only if something goes wrong.
Our satisfaction guarantee is written directly into the service agreement: if activity continues within the guarantee window, we return and re-treat at no additional charge. The guarantee terms vary slightly by treatment type, and we walk through exactly what's covered before any work begins, so there's no ambiguity later.
We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity, rather than relying on the customer to chase it down. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.

Stinging insect removal, sudden wildlife breaches, and active swarm response are all handled through our 24/7 emergency dispatch line. A real person answers the emergency line — not an automated system — at any hour, every day of the year.
Licensing is checked and current for every technician on staff, not just the ones handling routine calls. We track renewal dates internally so a lapsed certification never puts a technician back out on a specialized job.
Inspection covers the whole property, not just the room where you've seen activity, since most infestations extend further than the visible symptom. We check both interior and accessible exterior areas, since entry points are often outside where the activity is actually visible.
Recurring plans are common for Virginia, VA homeowners who want ongoing prevention rather than reactive one-time treatment. Recurring plans are priced as a package upfront, so there's no re-quoting confusion visit to visit.
Treatment placement is chosen specifically to minimize contact risk for children and pets in the home. Products are applied according to label guidelines for residential use, not broadcast more broadly than the situation requires.
Our written guarantee covers a free return visit if activity continues within the guarantee window — that's standard on every service agreement. A returning issue after the guarantee window has closed is still handled — usually at a reduced rate reflecting an existing customer relationship.
Commercial and multi-unit accounts are a regular part of our Virginia, VA service base, with scheduling built around your operating hours. Commercial scheduling is built around your operating hours specifically, so treatment doesn't disrupt business during peak times.
Not always — many exterior and perimeter treatments can be completed without anyone home, though interior work typically requires access. We'll tell you clearly at scheduling whether your specific job requires interior access or can be handled from the exterior.
A brief description of the activity is usually enough for us to match you with the right technician and treatment type before the visit. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, a standalone diagnostic inspection is often the most cost-effective first step.
