Nex Pest Control brings licensed Cockroach Control technicians to Caddo Parish with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Rather than franchising out a name and a script, Nex Pest Control built its Caddo Parish Cockroach Control team around technicians who live and work in the communities they serve. That approach means fewer generic scripts and more decisions made by people who've actually seen the specific pest pressure common to Caddo Parish County, LA.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Licensing is a floor, not a finish line — our technicians keep training on regional pest behavior year over year, because a roach in a coastal climate doesn't behave the same as one further inland. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Caddo Parish's mix of older and newer construction, since each presents different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Caddo Parish's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. That local grounding is part of why arrival estimates here tend to be more accurate than a generic national average.
Scratching in the attic at night, gnaw marks along baseboards, or a sudden trail of ants across the counter all point to the same thing: something has already established itself, and waiting rarely makes it smaller. The visible sign is almost always the tip of a larger, established problem rather than the whole extent of it.
Swarmers appearing indoors, frass near baseboards, or a foundation that shows mud tubing are the kind of signs that turn a manageable fix into a structural repair if ignored. A licensed inspection can usually confirm or rule out activity within a single visit, which beats guessing based on a single visible sign.
Unexplained bites, small rust-colored spotting on bedding, or a musty odor in a bedroom are worth a same-week inspection rather than a wait-and-see approach. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. Emergency calls are handled by a live dispatcher rather than an automated system, since urgent situations need a real person making routing decisions.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. Residential plans can be adjusted seasonally as pest pressure shifts across Caddo Parish County, LA, rather than locking a household into a rigid year-round schedule.
Restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios get documented, IPM-compliant service scheduled around your operating hours, with logs ready for health inspections. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Caddo Parish County, LA that time of year. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
A standalone inspection — for a home purchase, a suspected but unconfirmed problem, or general peace of mind — gets the same thorough walkthrough as a full-service call. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
Dispatch is based on proximity and availability, not a fixed appointment slot three days out. Technicians carry equipment for the scenarios most common across Caddo Parish so a second trip for supplies is rarely necessary.
You'll know the full cost and the treatment plan before anything starts — no verbal estimate that changes once the work is underway. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. A follow-up visit is scheduled automatically when the treatment type calls for one, rather than leaving it to the customer to remember to call back.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Caddo Parish property. Insurance documentation is available on request, which matters for property managers and commercial accounts that need it on file.
Calls route to a technician actually stationed near Caddo Parish, not a national queue that reads a script and schedules three days out. We keep technicians positioned across Caddo Parish specifically so a same-day request doesn't mean waiting for someone to drive in from another region.
You get one number in writing after the inspection — treatment cost, follow-up terms, and what's covered — before a single tool comes out of the truck. We price by the scope of the actual infestation and property size, not a generic flat rate that ignores what the inspection found.
If activity continues after treatment within the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge — that's written into every service agreement, not an informal promise. We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
If a guarantee-covered issue resurfaces, the return visit is scheduled with the same priority as a new emergency call, not pushed to the back of the queue. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.

Recurring plans are common for Caddo Parish homeowners who want ongoing prevention rather than reactive one-time treatment. Recurring plans are priced as a package upfront, so there's no re-quoting confusion visit to visit.
We use targeted application methods and products labeled for residential use, and we'll flag any specific precautions for your household during scheduling. Products are applied according to label guidelines for residential use, not broadcast more broadly than the situation requires.
Our written guarantee covers a free return visit if activity continues within the guarantee window — that's standard on every service agreement. A returning issue after the guarantee window has closed is still handled — usually at a reduced rate reflecting an existing customer relationship.
Yes — we service restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios with documented, inspection-ready reporting. Commercial scheduling is built around your operating hours specifically, so treatment doesn't disrupt business during peak times.
Depending on the treatment type, we can often complete exterior work without you present; we'll confirm what's needed when scheduling. We'll tell you clearly at scheduling whether your specific job requires interior access or can be handled from the exterior.
A brief description of the activity is usually enough for us to match you with the right technician and treatment type before the visit. We'd rather ask a few extra questions upfront than send the wrong specialist and waste your time.
