Nex Pest Control brings licensed Cockroach Control technicians to Georgia, GA with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Rather than franchising out a name and a script, Nex Pest Control built its Georgia, GA Cockroach Control team around technicians who live and work in the communities they serve. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Licensing is a floor, not a finish line — our technicians keep training on regional pest behavior year over year, because a roach in a coastal climate doesn't behave the same as one further inland. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Georgia, GA's mix of older and newer construction, since each presents different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Georgia, GA's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. Technicians positioned throughout Georgia, GA mean a same-day request rarely depends on someone driving in from hours away.
A few ants or a single mouse dropping can look minor, but by the time it's visible, the colony or population behind it is usually well underway. The visible sign is almost always the tip of a larger, established problem rather than the whole extent of it.
Mud tubes along your foundation, discarded wings near window sills, or hollow-sounding wood are early termite signals worth acting on before framing damage sets in. A licensed inspection can usually confirm or rule out activity within a single visit, which beats guessing based on a single visible sign.
Unexplained bites, small rust-colored spotting on bedding, or a musty odor in a bedroom are worth a same-week inspection rather than a wait-and-see approach. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
When something can't sit until next week, our emergency dispatch skips the standard queue and routes the nearest available technician immediately. Emergency calls are handled by a live dispatcher rather than an automated system, since urgent situations need a real person making routing decisions.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. We walk new customers through the difference between a single treatment and an ongoing program, since the right choice depends heavily on what's actually driving the activity.
Commercial accounts receive scheduled visits with written compliance documentation, since a failed inspection costs more than the service itself. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Georgia, GA that time of year. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
Sometimes the right first step is simply an inspection with a written report, without committing to treatment until you know exactly what's there. We use moisture meters, UV inspection tools, and visual harborage checks depending on what's suspected, rather than a quick walk-through that misses what's behind the walls.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
The nearest available technician is routed to your address, dispatched from wherever our Georgia, GA network has the closest available crew, typically arriving same-day for standard requests and faster for emergencies. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
You'll know the full cost and the treatment plan before anything starts — no verbal estimate that changes once the work is underway. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. We explain what to expect in the days following treatment, since some methods show gradual results rather than an immediate stop.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Georgia, GA property. We verify licensing status internally on a recurring basis rather than assuming a certificate earned years ago still reflects current training.
Dispatch is handled by people who know Georgia, GA's regions and metro areas, which is why arrival windows here run tighter than a typical national chain. We keep technicians positioned across Georgia, GA specifically so a same-day request doesn't mean waiting for someone to drive in from another region.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. If the inspection reveals a larger scope than expected, we requote in writing before proceeding rather than padding the invoice afterward.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity, rather than relying on the customer to chase it down. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.

Pricing is always quoted in writing first; we don't start work on a verbal estimate that can change later. If additional scope is discovered mid-job, you'll see a revised written quote before we continue, not a surprise on the invoice.
Our emergency line covers urgent situations across insects and wildlife alike, with a live dispatcher answering any hour. Emergency service carries a clearly quoted rate before dispatch, so you know the cost before a technician is en route.
Yes — every technician carries current state pest-control licensing, and specialized work like termite or fumigation service requires additional certification we verify internally. Documentation of licensing is available on request, which commercial accounts in particular often need on file.
A full walkthrough identifying species, harborage points, and entry gaps, followed by a written treatment recommendation and price. You'll get a written summary of findings even if you decide not to proceed with treatment right away.
Recurring plans are common for Georgia, GA homeowners who want ongoing prevention rather than reactive one-time treatment. Recurring plans are priced as a package upfront, so there's no re-quoting confusion visit to visit.
We use targeted application methods and products labeled for residential use, and we'll flag any specific precautions for your household during scheduling. If a household has specific sensitivities or concerns, mention them when scheduling so the technician can plan placement accordingly.
Our written guarantee covers a free return visit if activity continues within the guarantee window — that's standard on every service agreement. Guarantee windows vary slightly by treatment type, and we explain the specific terms clearly before you approve the quote.
Yes — we service restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios with documented, inspection-ready reporting. Commercial scheduling is built around your operating hours specifically, so treatment doesn't disrupt business during peak times.
Depending on the treatment type, we can often complete exterior work without you present; we'll confirm what's needed when scheduling. For recurring exterior programs, many customers don't need to be present for routine visits at all.
Describe what you're seeing when you call, and dispatch will route the right specialist rather than guessing over the phone. We'd rather ask a few extra questions upfront than send the wrong specialist and waste your time.
