Store-bought spray moves roaches around a house; our Portland, OR technicians bait the harborage itself so the colony doesn't just relocate to the next room. Roach activity is also linked to real indoor allergen and asthma triggers, which is why we treat it as a health priority, not just an inconvenience.
We don't send a generalist to a roach call — technicians here have logged real hours specifically on Blattella and Periplaneta behavior.
We keep coverage tight enough across Portland that a roach call rarely waits until tomorrow.
You'll see the total cost before treatment starts, scoped to what the inspection actually finds.
Gel bait, insect growth regulators, and a UV light for finding what's hiding behind the stove — not a generic aerosol can. We also document every visit with harborage photos, giving you a service record if the property ever changes hands.
Bait goes directly into the cracks behind appliances and under cabinet kick-plates — the tight, warm spots German roaches actually nest in.
Bigger roaches, different habits — American roaches move through drains and foundation gaps, so we treat the perimeter, not just the kitchen.
We come back roughly two to three weeks out specifically to catch nymphs from capsules the first visit missed.
Commercial kitchens get IPM-documented service that survives a health inspection, not a spray-and-go visit.
Beyond the bait, we flag the leaky pipe or food debris that's inviting roaches back in the first place.
A recurring plan means bait gets rotated and re-checked before a new colony has time to establish. We also flag the specific conducive condition — a leak, a food source — that's letting roaches keep coming back.
Tell us what you've seen — daytime activity, egg cases, kitchen versus bathroom — so we send the right bait loadout.
We show up equipped for roach-specific treatment, not a general pest kit that happens to include roach bait.
Inspection traces activity to its actual source, then we hand you a fixed price in writing.
Bait goes in at the harborage points, with a documented recheck window and our written guarantee behind it.
Found roaches breeding behind our dishwasher — two other companies never checked there. Gone in two visits.
Run a diner, needed inspection paperwork fast. Got the treatment and the documentation same week.
Called at 9pm about daytime roach activity. Technician was here before 10am the next day.
The recheck visit caught nymphs we didn't know were coming. That's the part most companies skip entirely.
Building super here — we manage roach complaints across sixty units. Their gel bait rotation cut callbacks by more than half.
Coverage spans Portland and nearby Portland, OR communities, prioritized toward the denser housing types that see the most repeat activity. We track which Portland neighborhoods report recurring activity and adjust technician coverage accordingly. We track callback rates by treatment type internally, which is part of why gel bait stays our default recommendation over broadcast spray.
Daytime sightings point to an established, overcrowded colony — not a fresh, small problem.
Bait works through transfer, so expect a steady decline over a few weeks rather than an overnight fix.
Full cabinet removal is rarely needed; the technician flags specific spots ahead of time.
Gel stations sit inside enclosed cracks and voids specifically to stay out of reach.
One stays close to the kitchen, the other moves in from sewers and crawl spaces — treatment differs accordingly.
Yes — continued activity after the recheck visit gets a free return trip, no additional charge. Ask for a quick post-treatment checklist — it catches early signs of returning activity fast.
One call gets a licensed technician on-site with the right bait for German or American roach elimination.
