University of California-Santa Barbara's 24/7 Emergency Dispatch Team

Active stinging nests near entryways, sudden wildlife breaches, and unexpected indoor swarms are typical emergencies warranting same-day dispatch. We also cross-train technicians across insect and wildlife categories, so an emergency call doesn't get stuck waiting for a narrower specialist.

Our emergency line reaches a real person any hour, including overnight and holidays.

Emergency dispatch typically means same-day arrival since we route by proximity, not appointment order.

Yes, emergency dispatch carries a different rate than routine scheduling, quoted clearly before we send anyone.

Emergency equipment isn't limited to insects; wildlife response runs through the same dispatch system. If an address calls in more than once, that history helps the technician diagnose a root cause faster on the second visit.

We provide documentation many customers need for insurance claims afterward. It also helps to have your address and a brief description ready when you call, since that speeds up routing considerably.
