Santo Domingo Pueblo's 24/7 Emergency Dispatch Team

Anything posing an immediate safety risk or worsening by the hour usually qualifies. We also cross-train technicians across insect and wildlife categories, so an emergency call doesn't get stuck waiting for a narrower specialist.

Yes — the line is staffed around the clock with a live dispatcher, every day of the year.

Most emergency calls get same-day response, with the nearest available technician routed immediately.

There's a distinct emergency rate, communicated upfront, reflecting priority routing and after-hours availability.

Emergency equipment isn't limited to insects; wildlife response runs through the same dispatch system. We also track repeat emergency addresses internally, which helps us anticipate a recurring issue before it becomes a pattern of separate calls.

We provide documentation many customers need for insurance claims afterward. It also helps to have your address and a brief description ready when you call, since that speeds up routing considerably.
