Saint John Fisher College's 24/7 Emergency Dispatch Team

Active stinging nests near entryways, sudden wildlife breaches, and unexpected indoor swarms are typical emergencies warranting same-day dispatch. Cross-training means the nearest available technician can usually handle whatever the emergency actually turns out to be.

Our emergency line reaches a real person any hour, including overnight and holidays.

Most emergency calls get same-day response, with the nearest available technician routed immediately.

Yes, emergency dispatch carries a different rate than routine scheduling, quoted clearly before we send anyone.

Yes — emergency vehicles are stocked for both stinging insects and wildlife or rodent breach situations. We also track repeat emergency addresses internally, which helps us anticipate a recurring issue before it becomes a pattern of separate calls.

We provide documentation many customers need for insurance claims afterward. We recommend saving our emergency number directly in your phone, since a fast, clear call is the biggest factor in quick response.
