Siena College's Licensed Fumigation Team

Fumigation treats the whole structure under a sealed tent, reaching infestations spread throughout the building; spot treatment targets specific accessible areas. We're happy to answer questions about the process before you commit to anything, including whether a less invasive option might work instead.

The vacate period is short but firm, with precise dates finalized in the plan.

We walk you through exactly what needs bagging or removal before tenting day.

Yes — licensed fumigation follows strict regulatory protocol designed to treat structures safely.

We use monitoring equipment to confirm safe levels before certifying re-entry — no guessing. Shared-wall buildings sometimes need a coordinated fumigation conversation with neighboring unit owners, which we're glad to help facilitate.

A follow-up inspection and any needed exclusion work help protect against future issues. We recommend checking with attached structures before scheduling, since shared framing can affect fumigation planning.
