Nex Pest Control brings licensed Mosquito Control technicians to New York, NY with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Nex Pest Control has spent years building a Mosquito Control operation around New York, NY the right way: licensed technicians, documented treatment, and a dispatch system that actually answers the phone. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Licensing is a floor, not a finish line — our technicians keep training on regional pest behavior year over year, because a roach in a coastal climate doesn't behave the same as one further inland. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of New York, NY's mix of older and newer construction, since each presents different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands New York, NY's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. That local grounding is part of why arrival estimates here tend to be more accurate than a generic national average.
A few ants or a single mouse dropping can look minor, but by the time it's visible, the colony or population behind it is usually well underway. Acting on the first sign tends to mean a smaller, faster, and less expensive fix than waiting for it to become obvious.
Swarmers appearing indoors, frass near baseboards, or a foundation that shows mud tubing are the kind of signs that turn a manageable fix into a structural repair if ignored. Termite damage compounds quietly for months or years before it becomes visible, which is exactly why an early inspection matters more than it seems to at the time.
Bed bugs rarely announce themselves loudly — a few bites and some dark spotting on the mattress seam are usually the first and only warning before the population grows. The earlier a bed bug infestation is confirmed, the more treatment options — including less invasive ones — tend to be realistically on the table.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
When something can't sit until next week, our emergency dispatch skips the standard queue and routes the nearest available technician immediately. Emergency calls are handled by a live dispatcher rather than an automated system, since urgent situations need a real person making routing decisions.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. We walk new customers through the difference between a single treatment and an ongoing program, since the right choice depends heavily on what's actually driving the activity.
Restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios get documented, IPM-compliant service scheduled around your operating hours, with logs ready for health inspections. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. Specialized service categories carry their own equipment loadout and, in some cases, separate state licensing that we verify before dispatch.
Ongoing perimeter service is scheduled around regional seasonal pressure, not a fixed calendar that ignores what's actually happening outside. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
Sometimes the right first step is simply an inspection with a written report, without committing to treatment until you know exactly what's there. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
Dispatch is based on proximity and availability, not a fixed appointment slot three days out. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
You'll know the full cost and the treatment plan before anything starts — no verbal estimate that changes once the work is underway. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Treatment is completed on schedule, with a documented follow-up visit built into the service agreement if activity continues. We explain what to expect in the days following treatment, since some methods show gradual results rather than an immediate stop.
Every technician we send is state-licensed and covered by full liability insurance, so Nex Pest Control is accountable for the work from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. Insurance documentation is available on request, which matters for property managers and commercial accounts that need it on file.
Dispatch is handled by people who know New York, NY's regions and metro areas, which is why arrival windows here run tighter than a typical national chain. That regional knowledge extends to knowing which parts of New York, NY tend to run into which pests, so the technician arrives already anticipating the likely cause.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. We price by the scope of the actual infestation and property size, not a generic flat rate that ignores what the inspection found.
If activity continues after treatment within the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge — that's written into every service agreement, not an informal promise. The guarantee terms are explained before you sign off on the quote, not buried in fine print discovered only if something goes wrong.
Our satisfaction guarantee is written directly into the service agreement: if activity continues within the guarantee window, we return and re-treat at no additional charge. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity, rather than relying on the customer to chase it down. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.
Mosquito Control service covers New York, NY and the surrounding New York, NY area, with technicians positioned close enough to hit same-day or next-day arrival for most requests. Whether you're near one of New York, NY's largest metro areas or out toward its more rural regions, dispatch routing accounts for both distance and urgency. Property managers with locations spread across New York, NY can consolidate scheduling through a single point of contact rather than coordinating separately per address.

Most New York, NY service requests see a technician within 24-48 hours, with emergency calls prioritized for same-day arrival. We'll always give you a realistic estimate on the call itself rather than a vague promise to fit you in soon.
Pricing is always quoted in writing first; we don't start work on a verbal estimate that can change later. If additional scope is discovered mid-job, you'll see a revised written quote before we continue, not a surprise on the invoice.
Stinging insect removal, sudden wildlife breaches, and active swarm response are all handled through our 24/7 emergency dispatch line. A real person answers the emergency line — not an automated system — at any hour, every day of the year.
Licensing is checked and current for every technician on staff, not just the ones handling routine calls. We track renewal dates internally so a lapsed certification never puts a technician back out on a specialized job.
Inspection covers the whole property, not just the room where you've seen activity, since most infestations extend further than the visible symptom. We check both interior and accessible exterior areas, since entry points are often outside where the activity is actually visible.
Recurring plans are common for New York, NY homeowners who want ongoing prevention rather than reactive one-time treatment. Recurring plans are priced as a package upfront, so there's no re-quoting confusion visit to visit.
Treatment placement is chosen specifically to minimize contact risk for children and pets in the home. Products are applied according to label guidelines for residential use, not broadcast more broadly than the situation requires.
Continued activity after treatment gets a documented follow-up at no additional cost, per our satisfaction guarantee. A returning issue after the guarantee window has closed is still handled — usually at a reduced rate reflecting an existing customer relationship.
Commercial and multi-unit accounts are a regular part of our New York, NY service base, with scheduling built around your operating hours. Commercial scheduling is built around your operating hours specifically, so treatment doesn't disrupt business during peak times.
Not always — many exterior and perimeter treatments can be completed without anyone home, though interior work typically requires access. We'll tell you clearly at scheduling whether your specific job requires interior access or can be handled from the exterior.
Describe what you're seeing when you call, and dispatch will route the right specialist rather than guessing over the phone. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, a standalone diagnostic inspection is often the most cost-effective first step.
