Nex Pest Control brings licensed Pest Control technicians to Oolitic with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Rather than franchising out a name and a script, Nex Pest Control built its Oolitic Pest Control team around technicians who live and work in the communities they serve. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
We started as a small crew tired of watching homeowners get burned by vague quotes and no-show appointments, and we built our process specifically to close those gaps. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Every technician on staff carries current state licensing, and we require ongoing training specific to the species most common across Oolitic, IN, not a one-time certification that never gets revisited. We rotate technicians through refresher training specifically so field knowledge doesn't stagnate after the initial certification.
We built Nex Pest Control's Oolitic dispatch around proximity, not a national call center reading from a script three states away. Technicians positioned across Oolitic, IN mean a same-day request rarely depends on someone driving in from hours away.
A few ants or a single mouse dropping can look minor, but by the time it's visible, the colony or population behind it is usually well underway. The visible sign is almost always the tip of a larger, established problem rather than the whole extent of it.
Swarmers appearing indoors, frass near baseboards, or a foundation that shows mud tubing are the kind of signs that turn a manageable fix into a structural repair if ignored. A licensed inspection can usually confirm or rule out activity within a single visit, which beats guessing based on a single visible sign.
Unexplained bites, small rust-colored spotting on bedding, or a musty odor in a bedroom are worth a same-week inspection rather than a wait-and-see approach. The earlier a bed bug infestation is confirmed, the more treatment options — including less invasive ones — tend to be realistically on the table.
Wildlife scratching, chewing sounds, or a strong odor from an attic or crawl space usually means an animal has already established a den, not just passed through.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. Emergency calls are handled by a live dispatcher rather than an automated system, since urgent situations need a real person making routing decisions.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. Residential plans can be adjusted seasonally as pest pressure shifts across Oolitic, IN, rather than locking a household into a rigid year-round schedule.
Restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios get documented, IPM-compliant service scheduled around your operating hours, with logs ready for health inspections. We coordinate around business hours and foot traffic patterns for commercial accounts, so treatment doesn't interrupt operations during peak times.
Not every pest problem is solved the same way, which is why specialized jobs get matched to technicians trained specifically for that species. Specialized service categories carry their own equipment loadout and, in some cases, separate state licensing that we verify before dispatch.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Oolitic, IN that time of year. We track which pests trend upward across Oolitic, IN by season and adjust perimeter treatment focus accordingly, rather than applying the same generic barrier spray year-round.
Sometimes the right first step is simply an inspection with a written report, without committing to treatment until you know exactly what's there. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
The nearest available technician is routed to your Oolitic address, typically arriving same-day for standard requests and faster for emergencies. Technicians carry equipment for the most common Oolitic scenarios so a second trip for supplies is rarely necessary.
You'll know the full cost and the treatment plan before anything starts — no verbal estimate that changes once the work is underway. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. A follow-up visit is scheduled automatically when the treatment type calls for one, rather than leaving it to the customer to remember to call back.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Oolitic property. We verify licensing status internally on a recurring basis rather than assuming a certificate earned years ago still reflects current training.
Calls route to a technician actually stationed near Oolitic, not a national queue that reads a script and schedules three days out. That local knowledge extends to knowing which Oolitic housing types tend to run into which pests, so the technician arrives already anticipating the likely cause.
You get one number in writing after the inspection — treatment cost, follow-up terms, and what's covered — before a single tool comes out of the truck. We price by the scope of the actual infestation and property size, not a generic flat rate that ignores what the inspection found.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. The guarantee terms are explained before you sign off on the quote, not buried in fine print discovered only if something goes wrong.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
If a guarantee-covered issue resurfaces, the return visit is scheduled with the same priority as a new emergency call, not pushed to the back of the queue. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.
