Nex Pest Control brings licensed Pest Control technicians to Offutt AFB with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Nex Pest Control has spent years building a Pest Control operation around Offutt AFB the right way: licensed technicians, documented treatment, and a dispatch system that actually answers the phone. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Licensing is a floor, not a finish line — our technicians keep training on regional pest behavior year over year, because a roach in a coastal climate doesn't behave the same as one further inland. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Offutt AFB's housing stock, since older and newer construction present different entry points and harborage risks.
We built Nex Pest Control's Offutt AFB dispatch around proximity, not a national call center reading from a script three states away. That local grounding is part of why arrival estimates here tend to be more accurate than a generic national average.
A few ants or a single mouse dropping can look minor, but by the time it's visible, the colony or population behind it is usually well underway. Acting on the first sign tends to mean a smaller, faster, and less expensive fix than waiting for it to become obvious.
Swarmers appearing indoors, frass near baseboards, or a foundation that shows mud tubing are the kind of signs that turn a manageable fix into a structural repair if ignored. A licensed inspection can usually confirm or rule out activity within a single visit, which beats guessing based on a single visible sign.
Unexplained bites, small rust-colored spotting on bedding, or a musty odor in a bedroom are worth a same-week inspection rather than a wait-and-see approach. The earlier a bed bug infestation is confirmed, the more treatment options — including less invasive ones — tend to be realistically on the table.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
When something can't sit until next week, our emergency dispatch skips the standard queue and routes the nearest available technician immediately. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Offutt AFB, NE pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
Homeowners get a tailored plan — species identified, treatment scoped to the actual infestation, and a follow-up schedule that matches what was found. Residential plans can be adjusted seasonally as pest pressure shifts across Offutt AFB, NE, rather than locking a household into a rigid year-round schedule.
Commercial accounts receive scheduled visits with written compliance documentation, since a failed inspection costs more than the service itself. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Not every pest problem is solved the same way, which is why specialized jobs get matched to technicians trained specifically for that species. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Offutt AFB, NE that time of year. We track which pests trend upward across Offutt AFB, NE by season and adjust perimeter treatment focus accordingly, rather than applying the same generic barrier spray year-round.
A standalone inspection — for a home purchase, a suspected but unconfirmed problem, or general peace of mind — gets the same thorough walkthrough as a full-service call. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
A quick description of the activity and location shapes everything about how we route the job. Dispatch will ask a few clarifying questions on the call itself, since that's often faster than guessing on-site.
The nearest available technician is routed to your Offutt AFB address, typically arriving same-day for standard requests and faster for emergencies. Technicians carry equipment for the most common Offutt AFB scenarios so a second trip for supplies is rarely necessary.
We inspect the property, identify the species and scope, and hand you a fixed price in writing before any treatment begins. The inspection covers accessible interior and exterior areas relevant to the reported activity, not just the single spot where it was first noticed.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. We explain what to expect in the days following treatment, since some methods show gradual results rather than an immediate stop.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Offutt AFB property. We verify licensing status internally on a recurring basis rather than assuming a certificate earned years ago still reflects current training.
Dispatch is handled by people who know Offutt AFB's neighborhoods, which is why arrival windows here run tighter than a typical national chain. That local knowledge extends to knowing which Offutt AFB housing types tend to run into which pests, so the technician arrives already anticipating the likely cause.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. If the inspection reveals a larger scope than expected, we requote in writing before proceeding rather than padding the invoice afterward.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. The guarantee terms are explained before you sign off on the quote, not buried in fine print discovered only if something goes wrong.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity, rather than relying on the customer to chase it down. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.

Licensing is checked and current for every technician on staff, not just the ones handling routine calls. Documentation of licensing is available on request, which commercial accounts in particular often need on file.

Recurring plans are common for Offutt AFB homeowners who want ongoing prevention rather than reactive one-time treatment. Recurring plans are priced as a package upfront, so there's no re-quoting confusion visit to visit.
Treatment placement is chosen specifically to minimize contact risk for children and pets in the home. Products are applied according to label guidelines for residential use, not broadcast more broadly than the situation requires.
Continued activity after treatment gets a documented follow-up at no additional cost, per our satisfaction guarantee. A returning issue after the guarantee window has closed is still handled — usually at a reduced rate reflecting an existing customer relationship.
Yes — we service restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios with documented, inspection-ready reporting. Property managers get a single point of contact across an entire portfolio rather than separate tickets per building.
Depending on the treatment type, we can often complete exterior work without you present; we'll confirm what's needed when scheduling. We'll tell you clearly at scheduling whether your specific job requires interior access or can be handled from the exterior.
A brief description of the activity is usually enough for us to match you with the right technician and treatment type before the visit. We'd rather ask a few extra questions upfront than send the wrong specialist and waste your time.
We can provide written reports for closings, refinancing, or insurance documentation whenever a job calls for it.
