Nex Pest Control brings licensed Pest Control technicians to Ottawa County with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Nex Pest Control has spent years building a Pest Control operation around Ottawa County the right way: licensed technicians, documented treatment, and a dispatch system that actually answers the phone. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Every technician on staff carries current state licensing, and we require ongoing training specific to the species most common across Ottawa County County, OK, not a one-time certification that never gets revisited. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Ottawa County's mix of older and newer construction, since each presents different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Ottawa County's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. Technicians positioned across Ottawa County County, OK mean a same-day request rarely depends on someone driving in from hours away.
A few ants or a single mouse dropping can look minor, but by the time it's visible, the colony or population behind it is usually well underway. The visible sign is almost always the tip of a larger, established problem rather than the whole extent of it.
Mud tubes along your foundation, discarded wings near window sills, or hollow-sounding wood are early termite signals worth acting on before framing damage sets in. Termite damage compounds quietly for months or years before it becomes visible, which is exactly why an early inspection matters more than it seems to at the time.
Bed bugs rarely announce themselves loudly — a few bites and some dark spotting on the mattress seam are usually the first and only warning before the population grows. The earlier a bed bug infestation is confirmed, the more treatment options — including less invasive ones — tend to be realistically on the table.
Wildlife scratching, chewing sounds, or a strong odor from an attic or crawl space usually means an animal has already established a den, not just passed through.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Ottawa County County, OK pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. Residential plans can be adjusted seasonally as pest pressure shifts across Ottawa County County, OK, rather than locking a household into a rigid year-round schedule.
Restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios get documented, IPM-compliant service scheduled around your operating hours, with logs ready for health inspections. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. Specialized service categories carry their own equipment loadout and, in some cases, separate state licensing that we verify before dispatch.
Ongoing perimeter service is scheduled around regional seasonal pressure, not a fixed calendar that ignores what's actually happening outside. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
A standalone inspection — for a home purchase, a suspected but unconfirmed problem, or general peace of mind — gets the same thorough walkthrough as a full-service call. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. Dispatch will ask a few clarifying questions on the call itself, since that's often faster than guessing on-site.
The nearest available technician is routed to your address within Ottawa County, typically arriving same-day for standard requests and faster for emergencies. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
You'll know the full cost and the treatment plan before anything starts — no verbal estimate that changes once the work is underway. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Treatment is completed on schedule, with a documented follow-up visit built into the service agreement if activity continues. A follow-up visit is scheduled automatically when the treatment type calls for one, rather than leaving it to the customer to remember to call back.
Every technician we send is state-licensed and covered by full liability insurance, so Nex Pest Control is accountable for the work from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. We verify licensing status internally on a recurring basis rather than assuming a certificate earned years ago still reflects current training.
Dispatch is handled by people who know Ottawa County's towns and unincorporated areas, which is why arrival windows here run tighter than a typical national chain. That local knowledge extends to knowing which parts of Ottawa County tend to run into which pests, so the technician arrives already anticipating the likely cause.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. We price by the scope of the actual infestation and property size, not a generic flat rate that ignores what the inspection found.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. The guarantee terms are explained before you sign off on the quote, not buried in fine print discovered only if something goes wrong.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. The guarantee terms vary slightly by treatment type, and we walk through exactly what's covered before any work begins, so there's no ambiguity later.
We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity, rather than relying on the customer to chase it down. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.
