Nex Pest Control brings licensed Pest Control technicians to Ivanhoe with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Rather than franchising out a name and a script, Nex Pest Control built its Ivanhoe Pest Control team around technicians who live and work in the communities they serve. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
We started as a small crew tired of watching homeowners get burned by vague quotes and no-show appointments, and we built our process specifically to close those gaps. We've kept the same operating philosophy as the company has grown: fewer surprises, clearer communication, and technicians who are actually accountable for the outcome.
Every technician on staff carries current state licensing, and we require ongoing training specific to the species most common across Ivanhoe, TX, not a one-time certification that never gets revisited. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Ivanhoe's housing stock, since older and newer construction present different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Ivanhoe's housing stock, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. That local grounding is part of why arrival estimates here tend to be more accurate than a generic national average.
Scratching in the attic at night, gnaw marks along baseboards, or a sudden trail of ants across the counter all point to the same thing: something has already established itself, and waiting rarely makes it smaller. Acting on the first sign tends to mean a smaller, faster, and less expensive fix than waiting for it to become obvious.
Swarmers appearing indoors, frass near baseboards, or a foundation that shows mud tubing are the kind of signs that turn a manageable fix into a structural repair if ignored. Termite damage compounds quietly for months or years before it becomes visible, which is exactly why an early inspection matters more than it seems to at the time.
Bed bugs rarely announce themselves loudly — a few bites and some dark spotting on the mattress seam are usually the first and only warning before the population grows. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Ivanhoe, TX pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. We walk new customers through the difference between a single treatment and an ongoing program, since the right choice depends heavily on what's actually driving the activity.
Commercial accounts receive scheduled visits with written compliance documentation, since a failed inspection costs more than the service itself. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
Ongoing perimeter service is scheduled around regional seasonal pressure, not a fixed calendar that ignores what's actually happening outside. We track which pests trend upward across Ivanhoe, TX by season and adjust perimeter treatment focus accordingly, rather than applying the same generic barrier spray year-round.
A standalone inspection — for a home purchase, a suspected but unconfirmed problem, or general peace of mind — gets the same thorough walkthrough as a full-service call. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. Dispatch will ask a few clarifying questions on the call itself, since that's often faster than guessing on-site.
Dispatch is based on proximity and availability, not a fixed appointment slot three days out. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
We inspect the property, identify the species and scope, and hand you a fixed price in writing before any treatment begins. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. We explain what to expect in the days following treatment, since some methods show gradual results rather than an immediate stop.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Ivanhoe property. Insurance documentation is available on request, which matters for property managers and commercial accounts that need it on file.
Calls route to a technician actually stationed near Ivanhoe, not a national queue that reads a script and schedules three days out. That local knowledge extends to knowing which Ivanhoe housing types tend to run into which pests, so the technician arrives already anticipating the likely cause.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. We price by the scope of the actual infestation and property size, not a generic flat rate that ignores what the inspection found.
If activity continues after treatment within the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge — that's written into every service agreement, not an informal promise. We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. The guarantee terms vary slightly by treatment type, and we walk through exactly what's covered before any work begins, so there's no ambiguity later.
We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity, rather than relying on the customer to chase it down. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.

Describe what you're seeing when you call, and dispatch will route the right specialist rather than guessing over the phone. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, a standalone diagnostic inspection is often the most cost-effective first step.
