Nex Pest Control brings licensed Pest Control technicians to Llano with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Rather than franchising out a name and a script, Nex Pest Control built its Llano Pest Control team around technicians who live and work in the communities they serve. That approach means fewer generic scripts and more decisions made by people who've actually seen the specific pest pressure common to Llano, TX.
We started as a small crew tired of watching homeowners get burned by vague quotes and no-show appointments, and we built our process specifically to close those gaps. We've kept the same operating philosophy as the company has grown: fewer surprises, clearer communication, and technicians who are actually accountable for the outcome.
Every technician on staff carries current state licensing, and we require ongoing training specific to the species most common across Llano, TX, not a one-time certification that never gets revisited. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Llano's housing stock, since older and newer construction present different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Llano's housing stock, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. That local grounding is part of why arrival estimates here tend to be more accurate than a generic national average.
Scratching in the attic at night, gnaw marks along baseboards, or a sudden trail of ants across the counter all point to the same thing: something has already established itself, and waiting rarely makes it smaller. Acting on the first sign tends to mean a smaller, faster, and less expensive fix than waiting for it to become obvious.
Mud tubes along your foundation, discarded wings near window sills, or hollow-sounding wood are early termite signals worth acting on before framing damage sets in. Termite damage compounds quietly for months or years before it becomes visible, which is exactly why an early inspection matters more than it seems to at the time.
Unexplained bites, small rust-colored spotting on bedding, or a musty odor in a bedroom are worth a same-week inspection rather than a wait-and-see approach. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
When something can't sit until next week, our emergency dispatch skips the standard queue and routes the nearest available technician immediately. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Llano, TX pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
Homeowners get a tailored plan — species identified, treatment scoped to the actual infestation, and a follow-up schedule that matches what was found. We walk new customers through the difference between a single treatment and an ongoing program, since the right choice depends heavily on what's actually driving the activity.
Restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios get documented, IPM-compliant service scheduled around your operating hours, with logs ready for health inspections. We coordinate around business hours and foot traffic patterns for commercial accounts, so treatment doesn't interrupt operations during peak times.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Llano, TX that time of year. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
A standalone inspection — for a home purchase, a suspected but unconfirmed problem, or general peace of mind — gets the same thorough walkthrough as a full-service call. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. Dispatch will ask a few clarifying questions on the call itself, since that's often faster than guessing on-site.
Dispatch is based on proximity and availability, not a fixed appointment slot three days out. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
We inspect the property, identify the species and scope, and hand you a fixed price in writing before any treatment begins. The inspection covers accessible interior and exterior areas relevant to the reported activity, not just the single spot where it was first noticed.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. A follow-up visit is scheduled automatically when the treatment type calls for one, rather than leaving it to the customer to remember to call back.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Llano property. Insurance documentation is available on request, which matters for property managers and commercial accounts that need it on file.
Calls route to a technician actually stationed near Llano, not a national queue that reads a script and schedules three days out. We keep technicians positioned across Llano specifically so a same-day request doesn't mean waiting for someone to drive in from another region.
You get one number in writing after the inspection — treatment cost, follow-up terms, and what's covered — before a single tool comes out of the truck. If the inspection reveals a larger scope than expected, we requote in writing before proceeding rather than padding the invoice afterward.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
If a guarantee-covered issue resurfaces, the return visit is scheduled with the same priority as a new emergency call, not pushed to the back of the queue. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
