Rodent Control in Corydon, IN That Actually Holds

A trap catches what's already inside; a sealed gap is what stops the next one from moving in — our Corydon, IN crew does both in one visit. Beyond droppings and noise, chewed insulation and wiring are real risks we flag on every inspection. Thoroughness on the sealing side matters as much as the trapping itself for a lasting result.

24/7 Emergency Rodent Control experts in Corydon, IN
01

Norway Rat Ground-Level Exclusion

Ground-level rats mean foundation gaps and vent screens get priority in the sealing plan.

02

Roof Rat & Attic Sealing

Roof rats travel power lines and branches into attics — we seal soffits and roofline gaps specifically.

03

House Mouse Entry-Point Sealing

A mouse job lives or dies on finding every small gap — one missed opening undoes the rest.

04

Attic Sanitation After Removal

Contaminated insulation and droppings get removed and the space sanitized once trapping wraps up.

05

Permanent Structural Exclusion

Exclusion means a barrier the animal can't simply chew back through.

06

Multi-Unit Monitoring Programs

Recurring service for multi-unit properties comes with a written check-in schedule, not an occasional drive-by. We also check attic access panels and garage door seals, since those are common secondary entry points during follow-ups.

FAQ

Rodent Control Questions From Corydon Customers

Trusted Rodent Control service in Corydon, IN - Nex Pest Control

Gnaw-mark size and dropping shape usually settle it, and the technician confirms on inspection. A full inspection covers roofline and chimney access alongside the foundation, since rodents use whichever gap is easiest.

Yes — trapping clears what's inside now, but sealing is what keeps the next one from moving in. We'd rather take the extra time to seal every gap properly than leave one open and get a callback in a few months.

Dry sweeping can release airborne particles, so it's safer to leave cleanup to the visit.

A typical job is a single day plus a short recheck window.

We lean on traps and exclusion before rodenticide in most residential jobs.

Easy food access, standing water, clutter, and unsealed foundation gaps are the usual suspects. It's worth checking your attic access panel periodically, since that's a common secondary entry point we find at follow-ups.

Trapping and sealing in the same visit beats a cycle of traps that never quite finish the job.
