Rodent Control in Kokomo, IN — Trapped and Sealed Out

Name: Nex Pest Control
Telephone: +1-844-564-2570
Price range: $$
Rating: 4.9

A trap catches what's already inside; a sealed gap is what stops the next one from moving in — our Kokomo, IN crew does both in one visit. Beyond droppings and noise, chewed insulation and wiring are real risks we flag on every inspection. Thoroughness on the sealing side matters as much as the trapping itself for a lasting result.

Rodent Control in Kokomo, IN: Comprehensive Solutions

24/7 Emergency Rodent Control experts in Kokomo, IN

Norway Rat Ground-Level Exclusion

Norway rats burrow at grade, so we work the foundation perimeter and deck footings, not just the attic.

Roof Rat & Attic Sealing

Roof rats travel power lines and branches into attics — we seal soffits and roofline gaps specifically.

House Mouse Entry-Point Sealing

A mouse job lives or dies on finding every small gap — one missed opening undoes the rest.

Attic Sanitation After Removal

Contaminated insulation and droppings get removed and the space sanitized once trapping wraps up.

Permanent Structural Exclusion

Hardware cloth, sweeps, and vent screens go in to physically block re-entry — not a temporary patch.

Multi-Unit Monitoring Programs

Scheduled station checks with logged records for property managers who need documentation on file. We also check attic access panels and garage door seals, since those are common secondary entry points during follow-ups.

FAQ

Rodent Control Questions From Kokomo Customers

Trusted Rodent Control service in Kokomo, IN - Nex Pest Control

Rat droppings run larger, roughly rice-grain size or bigger; mouse droppings are smaller and more pointed, and noise timing differs too. A full inspection covers roofline and chimney access alongside the foundation, since rodents use whichever gap is easiest.

Exclusion is the permanent piece; trapping without it just resets the clock. A thorough seal job on the first visit is what actually prevents a second call a few months later, which is why we'd rather spend extra time sealing than rush to the next job.

Dry sweeping can release airborne particles, so it's safer to leave cleanup to the visit.

Most homes wrap in one visit for trapping and sealing, with a follow-up a week or two out to confirm.

We lean on traps and exclusion before rodenticide in most residential jobs.

Pet food left out and gaps around utility lines are frequent culprits we flag on inspection. We recommend a seasonal walk-around of the foundation, since freeze-thaw cycles can open new gaps.
