Rodent Control in Montgomery, OH That Actually Holds

If you're still hearing scratching after buying every trap at the hardware store, the entry point is still open — that's what we fix first. Beyond droppings and noise, chewed insulation and wiring are real risks we flag on every inspection. A single missed gap can undo weeks of otherwise successful trapping and sealing work.

Why Choose Us

Why Choose Our Specialized Rodent Control in Montgomery, OH

Professional Rodent Control technician working in Montgomery, OH
⚖

Exclusion-Trained Technicians

Our team treats this as construction work as much as pest control — hardware cloth, sealant, door sweeps, not just bait.

📍

Fast Montgomery Response

We move quickly on new reports in Montgomery, since delay usually just means a bigger job later.

💰

One Price for Trapping and Sealing

You'll know the full cost before anything's installed, priced off what the inspection actually finds.

✅

Attic-Grade Equipment

We carry hardware cloth and rodent-proof sealant built for exclusion, not consumer-grade traps alone. We also photograph every sealed entry point before and after, so you have documentation of the exclusion work done.

Service Solutions

Rodent Control in Montgomery, OH: Comprehensive Solutions

24/7 Emergency Rodent Control experts in Montgomery, OH
01

Norway Rat Ground-Level Exclusion

Ground-level rats mean foundation gaps and vent screens get priority in the sealing plan.

02

Roof Rat & Attic Sealing

Roof rats travel power lines and branches into attics — we seal soffits and roofline gaps specifically.

03

House Mouse Entry-Point Sealing

Mice need only a quarter-inch opening, so we check utility penetrations and door sweeps closely.

04

Attic Sanitation After Removal

Contaminated insulation and droppings get removed and the space sanitized once trapping wraps up.

05

Permanent Structural Exclusion

Hardware cloth, sweeps, and vent screens go in to physically block re-entry — not a temporary patch.

06

Multi-Unit Monitoring Programs

Recurring service for multi-unit properties comes with a written check-in schedule, not an occasional drive-by. A seasonal walk-around of the foundation catches new gaps that open after freeze-thaw cycles.

Our Process

Our Rapid Dispatch Process for Rodent Control

1

Call Dispatch

Tell us where you're hearing it — attic, wall, kitchen — and whether you've seen droppings or gnaw marks.

2

Rapid Mobile Arrival

We come prepared to trap and seal together, not schedule a separate trip for materials.

3

Expert Assessment & Quote

Inspection identifies both species and access points — foundation to roofline — before we quote anything.

4

Guaranteed Resolution

You get trapping, exclusion, and a documented recheck — not just traps left behind.

FAQ

Rodent Control Questions From Montgomery Customers

Trusted Rodent Control service in Montgomery, OH - Nex Pest Control

Rat droppings run larger, roughly rice-grain size or bigger; mouse droppings are smaller and more pointed, and noise timing differs too. We also inspect the roofline and chimney area during a standard visit, since those are entry points homeowners rarely think to check themselves.

Yes — trapping clears what's inside now, but sealing is what keeps the next one from moving in. A thorough seal job on the first visit is what actually prevents a second call a few months later, which is why we'd rather spend extra time sealing than rush to the next job.

We'd wait — disturbed droppings can aerosolize particles, and our crew handles that with proper PPE.

A typical job is a single day plus a short recheck window.

Mechanical trapping and sealing come first, especially around pets and kids; bait stations are reserved for specific situations like commercial perimeters.

Pet food left out and gaps around utility lines are frequent culprits we flag on inspection. We recommend a seasonal walk-around of the foundation, since freeze-thaw cycles can open new gaps.

Montgomery is a city in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States, settled in 1795. It retains its historic downtown with many other 19th-century houses scattered throughout the community. It is currently accessed from exit 15 off Interstate 71 and exit 50 off Interstate 275, and it is the eastern terminus of the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway about five miles northeast of the Cincinnati city line.
