A trap catches what's already inside; a sealed gap is what stops the next one from moving in — our Thomas, OK crew does both in one visit. Rodents also gnaw on electrical wiring, which turns a nuisance problem into a genuine fire-safety concern if left alone. Thoroughness on the sealing side matters as much as the trapping itself for a lasting result.

Why Choose Us

Why Choose Our Specialized Rodent Control in Thomas, OK

Professional Rodent Control technician working in Thomas, OK

⚖

Exclusion-Trained Technicians

Sealing a quarter-inch gap takes different training than setting a trap, and that's specifically what our technicians do.

📍

Fast Thomas Response

We move quickly on new reports in Thomas, since delay usually just means a bigger job later.

💰

One Price for Trapping and Sealing

Inspection sets one number covering both trap placement and exclusion work — no separate invoice for each.

✅

Attic-Grade Equipment

Snap traps, one-way exclusion doors, thermal imaging for nest zones, and sanitation gear for the cleanup after. We also photograph every sealed entry point before and after, so you have documentation of the exclusion work done.

Service Solutions

Rodent Control in Thomas, OK: Comprehensive Solutions

24/7 Emergency Rodent Control experts in Thomas, OK

Norway Rat Ground-Level Exclusion

Ground-level rats mean foundation gaps and vent screens get priority in the sealing plan.

Roof Rat & Attic Sealing

Roof rats travel power lines and branches into attics — we seal soffits and roofline gaps specifically.

House Mouse Entry-Point Sealing

A mouse job lives or dies on finding every small gap — one missed opening undoes the rest.

Attic Sanitation After Removal

Cleanup follows industry biohazard handling standards, not a quick vacuum and call it done.

Permanent Structural Exclusion

Hardware cloth, sweeps, and vent screens go in to physically block re-entry — not a temporary patch.

Multi-Unit Monitoring Programs

Recurring service for multi-unit properties comes with a written check-in schedule, not an occasional drive-by. We also check attic access panels and garage door seals, since those are common secondary entry points during follow-ups.

Our Process

Our Rapid Dispatch Process for Rodent Control

Call Dispatch

Tell us where you're hearing it — attic, wall, kitchen — and whether you've seen droppings or gnaw marks.

Rapid Mobile Arrival

We come prepared to trap and seal together, not schedule a separate trip for materials.

Expert Assessment & Quote

Inspection identifies both species and access points — foundation to roofline — before we quote anything.

Guaranteed Resolution

Traps go out, gaps get sealed, and we schedule a follow-up check to confirm the population's cleared.

FAQ

Rodent Control Questions From Thomas Customers

Trusted Rodent Control service in Thomas, OK - Nex Pest Control

Gnaw-mark size and dropping shape usually settle it, and the technician confirms on inspection. We also inspect the roofline and chimney area during a standard visit, since those are entry points homeowners rarely think to check themselves.

Exclusion is the permanent piece; trapping without it just resets the clock. We'd rather take the extra time to seal every gap properly than leave one open and get a callback in a few months.

We'd wait — disturbed droppings can aerosolize particles, and our crew handles that with proper PPE.

Most homes wrap in one visit for trapping and sealing, with a follow-up a week or two out to confirm.

We lean on traps and exclusion before rodenticide in most residential jobs.

Pet food left out and gaps around utility lines are frequent culprits we flag on inspection. We recommend a seasonal walk-around of the foundation, since freeze-thaw cycles can open new gaps.
