Nex Pest Control brings licensed Termite Control technicians to Iberville Parish with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Rather than franchising out a name and a script, Nex Pest Control built its Iberville Parish Termite Control team around technicians who live and work in the communities they serve. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. We've kept the same operating philosophy as the company has grown: fewer surprises, clearer communication, and technicians who are actually accountable for the outcome.
Licensing is a floor, not a finish line — our technicians keep training on regional pest behavior year over year, because a roach in a coastal climate doesn't behave the same as one further inland. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Iberville Parish's mix of older and newer construction, since each presents different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Iberville Parish's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. That local grounding is part of why arrival estimates here tend to be more accurate than a generic national average.
Scratching in the attic at night, gnaw marks along baseboards, or a sudden trail of ants across the counter all point to the same thing: something has already established itself, and waiting rarely makes it smaller. The visible sign is almost always the tip of a larger, established problem rather than the whole extent of it.
Mud tubes along your foundation, discarded wings near window sills, or hollow-sounding wood are early termite signals worth acting on before framing damage sets in. A licensed inspection can usually confirm or rule out activity within a single visit, which beats guessing based on a single visible sign.
Unexplained bites, small rust-colored spotting on bedding, or a musty odor in a bedroom are worth a same-week inspection rather than a wait-and-see approach. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Iberville Parish County, LA pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. We walk new customers through the difference between a single treatment and an ongoing program, since the right choice depends heavily on what's actually driving the activity.
Commercial accounts receive scheduled visits with written compliance documentation, since a failed inspection costs more than the service itself. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Not every pest problem is solved the same way, which is why specialized jobs get matched to technicians trained specifically for that species. Specialized service categories carry their own equipment loadout and, in some cases, separate state licensing that we verify before dispatch.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Iberville Parish County, LA that time of year. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
Sometimes the right first step is simply an inspection with a written report, without committing to treatment until you know exactly what's there. We use moisture meters, UV inspection tools, and visual harborage checks depending on what's suspected, rather than a quick walk-through that misses what's behind the walls.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. Dispatch will ask a few clarifying questions on the call itself, since that's often faster than guessing on-site.
Dispatch is based on proximity and availability, not a fixed appointment slot three days out. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
We inspect the property, identify the species and scope, and hand you a fixed price in writing before any treatment begins. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Treatment is completed on schedule, with a documented follow-up visit built into the service agreement if activity continues. We explain what to expect in the days following treatment, since some methods show gradual results rather than an immediate stop.
Every technician we send is state-licensed and covered by full liability insurance, so Nex Pest Control is accountable for the work from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. Insurance documentation is available on request, which matters for property managers and commercial accounts that need it on file.
Dispatch is handled by people who know Iberville Parish's towns and unincorporated areas, which is why arrival windows here run tighter than a typical national chain. We keep technicians positioned across Iberville Parish specifically so a same-day request doesn't mean waiting for someone to drive in from another region.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. We price by the scope of the actual infestation and property size, not a generic flat rate that ignores what the inspection found.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. The guarantee terms are explained before you sign off on the quote, not buried in fine print discovered only if something goes wrong.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity, rather than relying on the customer to chase it down. We'd rather stand behind the work with a real guarantee than compete purely on the lowest upfront price, since a callback usually means the first job wasn't done right.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.

Our emergency line covers urgent situations across insects and wildlife alike, with a live dispatcher answering any hour. Emergency service carries a clearly quoted rate before dispatch, so you know the cost before a technician is en route.
Yes — every technician carries current state pest-control licensing, and specialized work like termite or fumigation service requires additional certification we verify internally. Documentation of licensing is available on request, which commercial accounts in particular often need on file.
Inspection covers the whole property, not just the room where you've seen activity, since most infestations extend further than the visible symptom. We check both interior and accessible exterior areas, since entry points are often outside where the activity is actually visible.
Recurring plans are common for Iberville Parish homeowners who want ongoing prevention rather than reactive one-time treatment. We can adjust a recurring plan's frequency if seasonal conditions in Iberville Parish County, LA call for tighter or looser scheduling.
Treatment placement is chosen specifically to minimize contact risk for children and pets in the home. Products are applied according to label guidelines for residential use, not broadcast more broadly than the situation requires.
Continued activity after treatment gets a documented follow-up at no additional cost, per our satisfaction guarantee. A returning issue after the guarantee window has closed is still handled — usually at a reduced rate reflecting an existing customer relationship.
Yes — we service restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios with documented, inspection-ready reporting. Commercial scheduling is built around your operating hours specifically, so treatment doesn't disrupt business during peak times.
Depending on the treatment type, we can often complete exterior work without you present; we'll confirm what's needed when scheduling. For recurring exterior programs, many customers don't need to be present for routine visits at all.
A brief description of the activity is usually enough for us to match you with the right technician and treatment type before the visit. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, a standalone diagnostic inspection is often the most cost-effective first step.
