Nex Pest Control brings licensed Termite Control technicians to Ohio, OH with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Rather than franchising out a name and a script, Nex Pest Control built its Ohio, OH Termite Control team around technicians who live and work in the communities they serve. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Every technician on staff carries current state licensing, and we require ongoing training specific to the species most common across Ohio, OH, not a one-time certification that never gets revisited. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Ohio, OH's mix of older and newer construction, since each presents different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Ohio, OH's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. Technicians positioned throughout Ohio, OH mean a same-day request rarely depends on someone driving in from hours away.
Scratching in the attic at night, gnaw marks along baseboards, or a sudden trail of ants across the counter all point to the same thing: something has already established itself, and waiting rarely makes it smaller. Acting on the first sign tends to mean a smaller, faster, and less expensive fix than waiting for it to become obvious.
Mud tubes along your foundation, discarded wings near window sills, or hollow-sounding wood are early termite signals worth acting on before framing damage sets in. Termite damage compounds quietly for months or years before it becomes visible, which is exactly why an early inspection matters more than it seems to at the time.
Unexplained bites, small rust-colored spotting on bedding, or a musty odor in a bedroom are worth a same-week inspection rather than a wait-and-see approach. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Ohio, OH pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
Homeowners get a tailored plan — species identified, treatment scoped to the actual infestation, and a follow-up schedule that matches what was found. Residential plans can be adjusted seasonally as pest pressure shifts across Ohio, OH, rather than locking a household into a rigid year-round schedule.
Restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios get documented, IPM-compliant service scheduled around your operating hours, with logs ready for health inspections. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Not every pest problem is solved the same way, which is why specialized jobs get matched to technicians trained specifically for that species. Specialized service categories carry their own equipment loadout and, in some cases, separate state licensing that we verify before dispatch.
Ongoing perimeter service is scheduled around regional seasonal pressure, not a fixed calendar that ignores what's actually happening outside. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
Sometimes the right first step is simply an inspection with a written report, without committing to treatment until you know exactly what's there. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
A quick description of the activity and location shapes everything about how we route the job. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
Dispatch is based on proximity and availability, not a fixed appointment slot three days out. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
You'll know the full cost and the treatment plan before anything starts — no verbal estimate that changes once the work is underway. The inspection covers accessible interior and exterior areas relevant to the reported activity, not just the single spot where it was first noticed.
Treatment is completed on schedule, with a documented follow-up visit built into the service agreement if activity continues. A follow-up visit is scheduled automatically when the treatment type calls for one, rather than leaving it to the customer to remember to call back.
Every technician we send is state-licensed and covered by full liability insurance, so Nex Pest Control is accountable for the work from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. Insurance documentation is available on request, which matters for property managers and commercial accounts that need it on file.
Dispatch is handled by people who know Ohio, OH's regions and metro areas, which is why arrival windows here run tighter than a typical national chain. We keep technicians positioned across Ohio, OH specifically so a same-day request doesn't mean waiting for someone to drive in from another region.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. If the inspection reveals a larger scope than expected, we requote in writing before proceeding rather than padding the invoice afterward.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity.
Our satisfaction guarantee is written directly into the service agreement: if activity continues within the guarantee window, we return and re-treat at no additional charge. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
If a guarantee-covered issue resurfaces, the return visit is scheduled with the same priority as a new emergency call, not pushed to the back of the queue. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.

Standard requests typically get scheduled within a day or two; active infestations and emergencies are routed the same day whenever possible. We'll always give you a realistic estimate on the call itself rather than a vague promise to fit you in soon.
Pricing is always quoted in writing first; we don't start work on a verbal estimate that can change later. If additional scope is discovered mid-job, you'll see a revised written quote before we continue, not a surprise on the invoice.
Stinging insect removal, sudden wildlife breaches, and active swarm response are all handled through our 24/7 emergency dispatch line. Emergency service carries a clearly quoted rate before dispatch, so you know the cost before a technician is en route.
Licensing is checked and current for every technician on staff, not just the ones handling routine calls. We track renewal dates internally so a lapsed certification never puts a technician back out on a specialized job.
A full walkthrough identifying species, harborage points, and entry gaps, followed by a written treatment recommendation and price. We check both interior and accessible exterior areas, since entry points are often outside where the activity is actually visible.

A brief description of the activity is usually enough for us to match you with the right technician and treatment type before the visit. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, a standalone diagnostic inspection is often the most cost-effective first step.
