Nex Pest Control brings licensed Wasp Control technicians to Dubois County with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Rather than franchising out a name and a script, Nex Pest Control built its Dubois County Wasp Control team around technicians who live and work in the communities they serve. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Licensing is a floor, not a finish line — our technicians keep training on regional pest behavior year over year, because a roach in a coastal climate doesn't behave the same as one further inland. We rotate technicians through refresher training specifically so field knowledge doesn't stagnate after the initial certification.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Dubois County's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. Technicians positioned across Dubois County County, IN mean a same-day request rarely depends on someone driving in from hours away.
A few ants or a single mouse dropping can look minor, but by the time it's visible, the colony or population behind it is usually well underway. The visible sign is almost always the tip of a larger, established problem rather than the whole extent of it.
Mud tubes along your foundation, discarded wings near window sills, or hollow-sounding wood are early termite signals worth acting on before framing damage sets in. Termite damage compounds quietly for months or years before it becomes visible, which is exactly why an early inspection matters more than it seems to at the time.
Unexplained bites, small rust-colored spotting on bedding, or a musty odor in a bedroom are worth a same-week inspection rather than a wait-and-see approach. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
Wildlife scratching, chewing sounds, or a strong odor from an attic or crawl space usually means an animal has already established a den, not just passed through.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Dubois County County, IN pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. Residential plans can be adjusted seasonally as pest pressure shifts across Dubois County County, IN, rather than locking a household into a rigid year-round schedule.
Restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios get documented, IPM-compliant service scheduled around your operating hours, with logs ready for health inspections. We coordinate around business hours and foot traffic patterns for commercial accounts, so treatment doesn't interrupt operations during peak times.
Not every pest problem is solved the same way, which is why specialized jobs get matched to technicians trained specifically for that species. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Dubois County County, IN that time of year. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
A standalone inspection — for a home purchase, a suspected but unconfirmed problem, or general peace of mind — gets the same thorough walkthrough as a full-service call. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
A quick description of the activity and location shapes everything about how we route the job. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
Dispatch is based on proximity and availability, not a fixed appointment slot three days out. Technicians carry equipment for the scenarios most common across Dubois County so a second trip for supplies is rarely necessary.
We inspect the property, identify the species and scope, and hand you a fixed price in writing before any treatment begins. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Treatment is completed on schedule, with a documented follow-up visit built into the service agreement if activity continues. We explain what to expect in the days following treatment, since some methods show gradual results rather than an immediate stop.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Dubois County property. We verify licensing status internally on a recurring basis rather than assuming a certificate earned years ago still reflects current training.
Calls route to a technician actually stationed near Dubois County, not a national queue that reads a script and schedules three days out. That local knowledge extends to knowing which parts of Dubois County tend to run into which pests, so the technician arrives already anticipating the likely cause.
You get one number in writing after the inspection — treatment cost, follow-up terms, and what's covered — before a single tool comes out of the truck. We price by the scope of the actual infestation and property size, not a generic flat rate that ignores what the inspection found.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity.
Our satisfaction guarantee is written directly into the service agreement: if activity continues within the guarantee window, we return and re-treat at no additional charge. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
If a guarantee-covered issue resurfaces, the return visit is scheduled with the same priority as a new emergency call, not pushed to the back of the queue. We'd rather stand behind the work with a real guarantee than compete purely on the lowest upfront price, since a callback usually means the first job wasn't done right.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.
We serve Dubois County and nearby communities across Dubois County County, IN, routing technicians by proximity so arrival windows stay tight even during busier seasons. Coverage isn't limited to the city center — routing accounts for the full service radius so outlying neighborhoods get the same priority as denser areas.
Coverage extends across every town and unincorporated area within Dubois County, with priority routing for reported emergencies regardless of which part of the county the call comes from. Property managers with locations spread across Dubois County can consolidate scheduling through a single point of contact rather than coordinating separately per address.
If you're just outside our typical Dubois County radius, call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether same-day service is realistic or if a slightly longer window applies.
Standard requests typically get scheduled within a day or two; active infestations and emergencies are routed the same day whenever possible. Arrival windows can tighten further during off-peak seasons when technician schedules have more open capacity.
Pricing is always quoted in writing first; we don't start work on a verbal estimate that can change later. Written pricing applies to every service tier, from a single visit to a full seasonal program.
Our emergency line covers urgent situations across insects and wildlife alike, with a live dispatcher answering any hour. A real person answers the emergency line — not an automated system — at any hour, every day of the year.
Licensing is checked and current for every technician on staff, not just the ones handling routine calls. Documentation of licensing is available on request, which commercial accounts in particular often need on file.
Inspection covers the whole property, not just the room where you've seen activity, since most infestations extend further than the visible symptom. We check both interior and accessible exterior areas, since entry points are often outside where the activity is actually visible.
Recurring plans are common for Dubois County homeowners who want ongoing prevention rather than reactive one-time treatment. Recurring plans are priced as a package upfront, so there's no re-quoting confusion visit to visit.
We use targeted application methods and products labeled for residential use, and we'll flag any specific precautions for your household during scheduling. If a household has specific sensitivities or concerns, mention them when scheduling so the technician can plan placement accordingly.
Our written guarantee covers a free return visit if activity continues within the guarantee window — that's standard on every service agreement. Guarantee windows vary slightly by treatment type, and we explain the specific terms clearly before you approve the quote.
Yes — we service restaurants, warehouses, and property management portfolios with documented, inspection-ready reporting. Commercial scheduling is built around your operating hours specifically, so treatment doesn't disrupt business during peak times.
Depending on the treatment type, we can often complete exterior work without you present; we'll confirm what's needed when scheduling. We'll tell you clearly at scheduling whether your specific job requires interior access or can be handled from the exterior.
Describe what you're seeing when you call, and dispatch will route the right specialist rather than guessing over the phone. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, a standalone diagnostic inspection is often the most cost-effective first step.
We can provide written reports for closings, refinancing, or insurance documentation whenever a job calls for it.
We serve every community throughout Dubois County, adjusting technician positioning as demand shifts across the service area.
