Nex Pest Control brings licensed Wasp Control technicians to Florida, FL with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Nex Pest Control has spent years building a Wasp Control operation around Florida, FL the right way: licensed technicians, documented treatment, and a dispatch system that actually answers the phone. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. We've kept the same operating philosophy as the company has grown: fewer surprises, clearer communication, and technicians who are actually accountable for the outcome.
Every technician on staff carries current state licensing, and we require ongoing training specific to the species most common across Florida, FL, not a one-time certification that never gets revisited. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Florida, FL's mix of older and newer construction, since each presents different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Florida, FL's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. That local grounding is part of why arrival estimates here tend to be more accurate than a generic national average.
Scratching in the attic at night, gnaw marks along baseboards, or a sudden trail of ants across the counter all point to the same thing: something has already established itself, and waiting rarely makes it smaller. Acting on the first sign tends to mean a smaller, faster, and less expensive fix than waiting for it to become obvious.
Swarmers appearing indoors, frass near baseboards, or a foundation that shows mud tubing are the kind of signs that turn a manageable fix into a structural repair if ignored. Termite damage compounds quietly for months or years before it becomes visible, which is exactly why an early inspection matters more than it seems to at the time.
Bed bugs rarely announce themselves loudly — a few bites and some dark spotting on the mattress seam are usually the first and only warning before the population grows. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
A sudden increase in stinging insect activity near entryways, or the sound of movement in a wall void, often signals a nest or den that's grown large enough to become a real safety concern.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Florida, FL pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. We walk new customers through the difference between a single treatment and an ongoing program, since the right choice depends heavily on what's actually driving the activity.
Commercial accounts receive scheduled visits with written compliance documentation, since a failed inspection costs more than the service itself. We coordinate around business hours and foot traffic patterns for commercial accounts, so treatment doesn't interrupt operations during peak times.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Florida, FL that time of year. We track which pests trend upward across Florida, FL by season and adjust perimeter treatment focus accordingly, rather than applying the same generic barrier spray year-round.
A standalone inspection — for a home purchase, a suspected but unconfirmed problem, or general peace of mind — gets the same thorough walkthrough as a full-service call. We use moisture meters, UV inspection tools, and visual harborage checks depending on what's suspected, rather than a quick walk-through that misses what's behind the walls.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
The nearest available technician is routed to your address, dispatched from wherever our Florida, FL network has the closest available crew, typically arriving same-day for standard requests and faster for emergencies. Technicians carry equipment for the scenarios most common across Florida, FL so a second trip for supplies is rarely necessary.
You'll know the full cost and the treatment plan before anything starts — no verbal estimate that changes once the work is underway. The inspection covers accessible interior and exterior areas relevant to the reported activity, not just the single spot where it was first noticed.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. We explain what to expect in the days following treatment, since some methods show gradual results rather than an immediate stop.
Every technician we send is state-licensed and covered by full liability insurance, so Nex Pest Control is accountable for the work from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. We verify licensing status internally on a recurring basis rather than assuming a certificate earned years ago still reflects current training.
Dispatch is handled by people who know Florida, FL's regions and metro areas, which is why arrival windows here run tighter than a typical national chain. We keep technicians positioned across Florida, FL specifically so a same-day request doesn't mean waiting for someone to drive in from another region.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. We price by the scope of the actual infestation and property size, not a generic flat rate that ignores what the inspection found.
If activity continues after treatment within the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge — that's written into every service agreement, not an informal promise. The guarantee terms are explained before you sign off on the quote, not buried in fine print discovered only if something goes wrong.
Our satisfaction guarantee is written directly into the service agreement: if activity continues within the guarantee window, we return and re-treat at no additional charge. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity, rather than relying on the customer to chase it down. We'd rather stand behind the work with a real guarantee than compete purely on the lowest upfront price, since a callback usually means the first job wasn't done right.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.
We serve Florida, FL and nearby communities across Florida, FL, routing technicians by proximity so arrival windows stay tight even during busier seasons. Coverage isn't limited to the city center — routing accounts for the full service radius so outlying neighborhoods get the same priority as denser areas.
Coverage extends across every region of Florida, FL, with priority routing for reported emergencies regardless of which part of the state the call comes from. We keep a running view of where service requests are concentrated across Florida, FL so technician coverage adjusts rather than stays fixed.
Edge-of-territory requests still get a straight answer on timing rather than being quietly deprioritized without explanation.
Most Florida, FL service requests see a technician within 24-48 hours, with emergency calls prioritized for same-day arrival. Arrival windows can tighten further during off-peak seasons when technician schedules have more open capacity.
Pricing is always quoted in writing first; we don't start work on a verbal estimate that can change later. If additional scope is discovered mid-job, you'll see a revised written quote before we continue, not a surprise on the invoice.
Our emergency line covers urgent situations across insects and wildlife alike, with a live dispatcher answering any hour. A real person answers the emergency line — not an automated system — at any hour, every day of the year.
Licensing is checked and current for every technician on staff, not just the ones handling routine calls. We track renewal dates internally so a lapsed certification never puts a technician back out on a specialized job.
Inspection covers the whole property, not just the room where you've seen activity, since most infestations extend further than the visible symptom. You'll get a written summary of findings even if you decide not to proceed with treatment right away.
Recurring plans are common for Florida, FL homeowners who want ongoing prevention rather than reactive one-time treatment. Recurring plans are priced as a package upfront, so there's no re-quoting confusion visit to visit.
Treatment placement is chosen specifically to minimize contact risk for children and pets in the home. If a household has specific sensitivities or concerns, mention them when scheduling so the technician can plan placement accordingly.
Continued activity after treatment gets a documented follow-up at no additional cost, per our satisfaction guarantee. A returning issue after the guarantee window has closed is still handled — usually at a reduced rate reflecting an existing customer relationship.
Commercial and multi-unit accounts are a regular part of our Florida, FL service base, with scheduling built around your operating hours. Property managers get a single point of contact across an entire portfolio rather than separate tickets per building.
Not always — many exterior and perimeter treatments can be completed without anyone home, though interior work typically requires access. For recurring exterior programs, many customers don't need to be present for routine visits at all.
Describe what you're seeing when you call, and dispatch will route the right specialist rather than guessing over the phone. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, a standalone diagnostic inspection is often the most cost-effective first step.
