Nex Pest Control brings licensed Wasp Control technicians to Tennessee, TN with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Nex Pest Control has spent years building a Wasp Control operation around Tennessee, TN the right way: licensed technicians, documented treatment, and a dispatch system that actually answers the phone. We measure success less by how many trucks are on the road and more by how few return visits an average job actually needs.
The company's approach grew out of a simple frustration with an industry that too often treats pricing and scheduling as an afterthought — we built the opposite. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Every technician on staff carries current state licensing, and we require ongoing training specific to the species most common across Tennessee, TN, not a one-time certification that never gets revisited. We rotate technicians through refresher training specifically so field knowledge doesn't stagnate after the initial certification.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Tennessee, TN's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. That local grounding is part of why arrival estimates here tend to be more accurate than a generic national average.
A few ants or a single mouse dropping can look minor, but by the time it's visible, the colony or population behind it is usually well underway. The visible sign is almost always the tip of a larger, established problem rather than the whole extent of it.
Mud tubes along your foundation, discarded wings near window sills, or hollow-sounding wood are early termite signals worth acting on before framing damage sets in. A licensed inspection can usually confirm or rule out activity within a single visit, which beats guessing based on a single visible sign.
Bed bugs rarely announce themselves loudly — a few bites and some dark spotting on the mattress seam are usually the first and only warning before the population grows. The earlier a bed bug infestation is confirmed, the more treatment options — including less invasive ones — tend to be realistically on the table.
Wildlife scratching, chewing sounds, or a strong odor from an attic or crawl space usually means an animal has already established a den, not just passed through.
When something can't sit until next week, our emergency dispatch skips the standard queue and routes the nearest available technician immediately. We stock emergency vehicles with equipment for the widest range of common Tennessee, TN pest and wildlife situations, so most calls get resolved in a single visit.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. Residential plans can be adjusted seasonally as pest pressure shifts across Tennessee, TN, rather than locking a household into a rigid year-round schedule.
Commercial accounts receive scheduled visits with written compliance documentation, since a failed inspection costs more than the service itself. Multi-unit property managers get a single point of contact and consolidated scheduling across every building in the portfolio, rather than juggling separate service tickets per unit.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. A technician trained in general residential pest work isn't automatically equipped for a termite inspection or a wildlife exclusion job, so we route those calls differently from the start.
Ongoing perimeter service is scheduled around regional seasonal pressure, not a fixed calendar that ignores what's actually happening outside. We track which pests trend upward across Tennessee, TN by season and adjust perimeter treatment focus accordingly, rather than applying the same generic barrier spray year-round.
Sometimes the right first step is simply an inspection with a written report, without committing to treatment until you know exactly what's there. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
Tell us what you're seeing and where — that single call determines which technician and equipment get dispatched. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
Dispatch is based on proximity and availability, not a fixed appointment slot three days out. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
You'll know the full cost and the treatment plan before anything starts — no verbal estimate that changes once the work is underway. The inspection covers accessible interior and exterior areas relevant to the reported activity, not just the single spot where it was first noticed.
Every job closes with a guarantee window and, where needed, a scheduled return visit — not a one-time spray and a goodbye. We explain what to expect in the days following treatment, since some methods show gradual results rather than an immediate stop.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Tennessee, TN property. We verify licensing status internally on a recurring basis rather than assuming a certificate earned years ago still reflects current training.
Calls route to a technician actually stationed within Tennessee, TN, not a national queue that reads a script and schedules three days out. That regional knowledge extends to knowing which parts of Tennessee, TN tend to run into which pests, so the technician arrives already anticipating the likely cause.
Pricing is quoted flat and in writing, so there's no per-trap or per-spot upcharge waiting for you once the technician's already inside. If the inspection reveals a larger scope than expected, we requote in writing before proceeding rather than padding the invoice afterward.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. We track guarantee windows internally so a follow-up visit gets scheduled automatically if a customer reports recurring activity.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. This isn't a marketing line — it's a specific, dated commitment tied to the treatment type, explained clearly before you sign off on the quote.
If a guarantee-covered issue resurfaces, the return visit is scheduled with the same priority as a new emergency call, not pushed to the back of the queue. Most guarantee-window callbacks trace back to a specific missed entry point or harborage spot, which we document and correct on the return visit.
The technician actually explained what he found instead of just spraying and leaving. First company that's done that in three tries.
We manage twelve rental units and needed one company that could handle all of them on a documented schedule. This has been the most consistent by far.
Called on a Sunday about wasps near our kids' play area. Someone was out within a few hours, not the following week.
Restaurant owner here — inspection paperwork has been flawless for two years running. That matters more than people realize.
Quoted price matched the final invoice exactly. No surprise line items, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.
Follow-up visit happened exactly when they said it would, no reminder call needed on our end.
Switched to their quarterly perimeter plan after years of one-off treatments. Genuinely noticed less seasonal activity by the second year.
Needed a diagnostic inspection before closing on a house. Report was thorough and delivered fast enough to meet our deadline.

Describe what you're seeing when you call, and dispatch will route the right specialist rather than guessing over the phone. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, a standalone diagnostic inspection is often the most cost-effective first step.
