Nex Pest Control brings licensed Rodent Control technicians to Lehigh County with upfront pricing and same-day scheduling for active problems.
Nex Pest Control has spent years building a Rodent Control operation around Lehigh County the right way: licensed technicians, documented treatment, and a dispatch system that actually answers the phone. That approach means fewer generic scripts and more decisions made by people who've actually seen the specific pest pressure common to Lehigh County County, PA.
We started as a small crew tired of watching homeowners get burned by vague quotes and no-show appointments, and we built our process specifically to close those gaps. Every process decision, from how dispatch routes calls to how quotes are written, traces back to that original frustration with the way the industry usually operates.
Licensing is a floor, not a finish line — our technicians keep training on regional pest behavior year over year, because a roach in a coastal climate doesn't behave the same as one further inland. Training covers both the biology of the pest and the practical realities of Lehigh County's mix of older and newer construction, since each presents different entry points and harborage risks.
Local dispatch means the person answering your call actually understands Lehigh County's mix of housing, seasonal pest patterns, and typical service radius. Technicians positioned across Lehigh County County, PA mean a same-day request rarely depends on someone driving in from hours away.
Scratching in the attic at night, gnaw marks along baseboards, or a sudden trail of ants across the counter all point to the same thing: something has already established itself, and waiting rarely makes it smaller. The visible sign is almost always the tip of a larger, established problem rather than the whole extent of it.
Swarmers appearing indoors, frass near baseboards, or a foundation that shows mud tubing are the kind of signs that turn a manageable fix into a structural repair if ignored. A licensed inspection can usually confirm or rule out activity within a single visit, which beats guessing based on a single visible sign.
Bed bugs rarely announce themselves loudly — a few bites and some dark spotting on the mattress seam are usually the first and only warning before the population grows. Confirmation matters here more than with most pests, since several other insects and even non-pest causes can produce similar bite patterns.
Wildlife scratching, chewing sounds, or a strong odor from an attic or crawl space usually means an animal has already established a den, not just passed through.
An active infestation, a sudden swarm, or a wildlife breach doesn't wait for a convenient afternoon — our emergency line gets a technician routed same-day, any day of the week. Emergency calls are handled by a live dispatcher rather than an automated system, since urgent situations need a real person making routing decisions.
From a one-time treatment to a recurring quarterly plan, residential service is scoped to your specific property, not a generic package applied to every house on the block. We walk new customers through the difference between a single treatment and an ongoing program, since the right choice depends heavily on what's actually driving the activity.
Commercial accounts receive scheduled visits with written compliance documentation, since a failed inspection costs more than the service itself. We coordinate around business hours and foot traffic patterns for commercial accounts, so treatment doesn't interrupt operations during peak times.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife each require different licensing, tools, and treatment windows — we scope the right specialist to the right job rather than sending one generalist for everything. Specialized service categories carry their own equipment loadout and, in some cases, separate state licensing that we verify before dispatch.
A quarterly exterior barrier treatment keeps seasonal pest pressure from ever reaching your door, adjusted for what's actually active in Lehigh County County, PA that time of year. Preventive programs are priced as a package so homeowners aren't re-quoted every visit, with the schedule adjusted only when conditions genuinely change.
Sometimes the right first step is simply an inspection with a written report, without committing to treatment until you know exactly what's there. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing, useful for real estate transactions or simply deciding whether treatment is actually necessary right now.
A quick description of the activity and location shapes everything about how we route the job. The more specific the description, the more accurately we can match a technician's equipment loadout before they ever leave the shop.
The nearest available technician is routed to your address within Lehigh County, typically arriving same-day for standard requests and faster for emergencies. You'll get a confirmation with an estimated arrival window rather than an open-ended promise to show up sometime during the day.
We inspect the property, identify the species and scope, and hand you a fixed price in writing before any treatment begins. If the scope turns out larger than expected, you'll see an updated written quote before we proceed, not a surprise on the final invoice.
Treatment is completed on schedule, with a documented follow-up visit built into the service agreement if activity continues. A follow-up visit is scheduled automatically when the treatment type calls for one, rather than leaving it to the customer to remember to call back.
Licensing and insurance aren't a footnote here — they're checked before a technician is ever dispatched to your Lehigh County property. We verify licensing status internally on a recurring basis rather than assuming a certificate earned years ago still reflects current training.
Calls route to a technician actually stationed near Lehigh County, not a national queue that reads a script and schedules three days out. We keep technicians positioned across Lehigh County specifically so a same-day request doesn't mean waiting for someone to drive in from another region.
You get one number in writing after the inspection — treatment cost, follow-up terms, and what's covered — before a single tool comes out of the truck. If the inspection reveals a larger scope than expected, we requote in writing before proceeding rather than padding the invoice afterward.
Our satisfaction guarantee is documented on the invoice itself: continued activity gets a free return visit, full stop. The guarantee terms are explained before you sign off on the quote, not buried in fine print discovered only if something goes wrong.
We don't consider a job finished until the guarantee period has passed with no reported activity — that standard is documented, not just implied. The guarantee terms vary slightly by treatment type, and we walk through exactly what's covered before any work begins, so there's no ambiguity later.
If a guarantee-covered issue resurfaces, the return visit is scheduled with the same priority as a new emergency call, not pushed to the back of the queue. We'd rather stand behind the work with a real guarantee than compete purely on the lowest upfront price, since a callback usually means the first job wasn't done right.
