Rodent Control in Lubbock, TX — Trapped and Sealed Out

Name: Nex Pest Control
Telephone: +1-844-564-2570
Price range: $$
Rating: 4.9

A trap catches what's already inside; a sealed gap is what stops the next one from moving in — our Lubbock, TX crew does both in one visit. Rodents also gnaw on electrical wiring, which turns a nuisance problem into a genuine fire-safety concern if left alone. Thoroughness on the sealing side matters as much as the trapping itself for a lasting result.

Rodent Control in Lubbock, TX: Comprehensive Solutions

24/7 Emergency Rodent Control experts in Lubbock, TX

Norway Rat Ground-Level Exclusion

Ground-level rats mean foundation gaps and vent screens get priority in the sealing plan.

Roof Rat & Attic Sealing

Attic access almost always traces back to a roofline or eave gap, which is where sealing starts.

House Mouse Entry-Point Sealing

Mice need only a quarter-inch opening, so we check utility penetrations and door sweeps closely.

Attic Sanitation After Removal

Contaminated insulation and droppings get removed and the space sanitized once trapping wraps up.

Permanent Structural Exclusion

Exclusion means a barrier the animal can't simply chew back through.

Multi-Unit Monitoring Programs

Scheduled station checks with logged records for property managers who need documentation on file. A seasonal walk-around of the foundation catches new gaps that open after freeze-thaw cycles.

What Happens After You Call

Call Dispatch

A quick description of the noise and location shapes which trap and sealing materials we bring.

FAQ

Rodent Control Questions From Lubbock Customers

Trusted Rodent Control service in Lubbock, TX - Nex Pest Control

Gnaw-mark size and dropping shape usually settle it, and the technician confirms on inspection. We also inspect the roofline and chimney area during a standard visit, since those are entry points homeowners rarely think to check themselves.

Exclusion is the permanent piece; trapping without it just resets the clock. A thorough seal job on the first visit is what actually prevents a second call a few months later, which is why we'd rather spend extra time sealing than rush to the next job.

Dry sweeping can release airborne particles, so it's safer to leave cleanup to the visit.

A typical job is a single day plus a short recheck window.

Mechanical trapping and sealing come first, especially around pets and kids; bait stations are reserved for specific situations like commercial perimeters.

Easy food access, standing water, clutter, and unsealed foundation gaps are the usual suspects. We recommend a seasonal walk-around of the foundation, since freeze-thaw cycles can open new gaps.
